Effective date: July 21, 2026
BookingQuad works because renters and hosts can take each other at face value. These standards apply to everyone who uses the site: renters, landlords, agents, our own team, and partner operators.
Be honest
- Listings must describe real, available homes, with genuine photos and current prices
- Enquiries and property submissions must be truthful, including who you are and your contact details
- Partner listings always carry the name of the operator who runs them; nobody may present someone else's home as their own
Be respectful
- Communicate politely, even when a deal falls through
- No harassment, threats, or abusive language in any message sent through the platform
- No discrimination against renters or hosts on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or family status, beyond lawful requirements a listing may state (such as student-only housing)
Be safe
- Keep conversations and payments in channels you can document; never send cash or untraceable transfers to someone you have not verified
- Do not pay before you have written booking terms from the operator
- If a listing or message seems suspicious, stop and report it to info@bookingquad.com
Standards for hosts and operators
- Reply to enquiries promptly; we aim for one business day across the platform
- Honour advertised prices and the terms you agree with renters
- Keep homes safe, clean, and as described
- Follow the housing and tenancy laws that apply where the home is located
Enforcement
We review property submissions before publishing them and we act on reports. Depending on severity, we may correct or remove a listing, decline future submissions, end a partnership, or block a user from the platform. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with authorities.
Reporting
If you see something on BookingQuad that breaks these standards, email info@bookingquad.com with a link to the listing or a copy of the message. We read every report.
