The rules that apply when you browse listings, send enquiries, or submit a property on BookingQuad.

These terms apply when you use www.bookingquad.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions are always welcome at info@bookingquad.com.
BookingQuad is a rental listing marketplace. Some homes on the site are managed by BookingQuad's own operations team. Others are partner listings, run by independent operators who are named on the listing. In every case, the listing tells you who operates the home.
Sending an enquiry through the site does not create a booking or a tenancy. Any booking, payment, or rental agreement is made directly between you and the operator of the home, on the terms you agree with them.
We work to keep listings accurate, including prices, photos, and availability, and we review property submissions before anything goes live. Availability changes quickly, though, and details of partner listings are supplied by their operators. Always confirm the current price, availability, and terms with the operator before you commit to anything.
You agree to use the site honestly and lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:
Our Community Standards describe in more detail how we expect renters and hosts to behave.
When you submit a property, you confirm that you have the right to offer it for rent, that the details you provide are accurate, and that we may publish them on the site if the submission is approved. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion, for example where it conflicts with these terms or our Community Standards.
The BookingQuad name, site design, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Listing photos and details for partner homes belong to their operators. You may browse and share links freely, but you may not reuse content commercially without permission.
We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your dealings with an operator or host, from inaccuracies in listing details supplied by partners, or from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing reduces the consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on the site.
